Every day the App and your Home Screen widget show one complete Bible verse. The verse changes on a daily schedule handled by your device's operating system, so the widget keeps updating even when the App is closed.
On iPhone, touch and hold your Home Screen, tap the "+" button, search for Bíblia na Tela and choose a size. On Android, touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Widgets, find Bíblia na Tela and drag it onto your screen.
Yes. During onboarding, and later from Settings, pick from eight verse topics — such as hope, peace, or strength — and the App favors verses from the topics you selected.
Yes. The Today tab keeps a short history of recent daily verses so you can look back at what was shown on previous days.
The App includes several widget styles — including photo backgrounds and a minimal solid style — so you can match the look of your Home Screen. Choose your favorite from the Widgets tab.
Yes. Switch between Light and Dark appearance from Settings at any time.
Bíblia na Tela is available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. The App automatically uses your device language if supported, with English as a fallback.
Yes. Scripture text is bundled with the App, so verses, history, and widgets all work completely offline.
Open the current verse and tap the share icon to send a verse image or text through Messages, Instagram, or any other app on your device.
English verses use the World English Bible (public domain). Portuguese verses use the Bíblia Livre translation, licensed under CC BY 4.0 Brasil. Full attribution is available inside the App under Settings.
Make sure Low Power Mode / battery optimization isn't restricting background activity for the App, and that the App has been opened at least once after installing. If the issue continues, removing and re-adding the widget usually resolves it.
