Axtiran Group ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Spy Game mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
Spy Game is a party game for groups. One player is secretly assigned the role of spy while everyone else shares a common location. Players ask each other questions to uncover the spy before time runs out — no server accounts or cloud storage required.
Spy Game is designed with privacy by default. We do not collect personal data.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, or payment information. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
We do not use any data to serve advertisements or build personal profiles.
All game data (player names, settings, preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS). This data is never transmitted to our servers.
The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics. Firebase may collect launch and session events, screen views, device model, OS version, and custom game events. No player names or personal information are included in these events. Data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The App does not include any advertising networks or third-party crash reporting services.
Spy Game works entirely offline. An internet connection is not required to play. Firebase Analytics may send anonymous event data in the background when a network connection is available.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. The only third-party service that receives data is Firebase Analytics (Google), which receives anonymous usage events as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.
Spy Game is a family-friendly party game suitable for users of all ages. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The anonymous analytics data collected via Firebase contains no personal information and complies with COPPA (USA) and equivalent laws in other countries.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. All locally stored game settings can be removed at any time by deleting or reinstalling the App.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. As we do not collect or sell personal information, these rights are satisfied by our data-minimal design.
All data that leaves your device (anonymous analytics) is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Game data never leaves your device. We encourage you to keep your device and the App updated.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
