Dremiva is your personal dream interpreter. Speak your dream the moment you wake up and Dremiva turns it into text, interprets it in the context of your life, and saves it to a private journal on your phone. Over time it also connects each new dream to the ones you had before.
Onboarding asks for your age range, what best describes you right now, and — optionally — what is most present in your life. That short context is what makes an interpretation personal instead of a generic dream-dictionary lookup. You can skip it and still use the app.
No. Recording is the fastest way to capture a dream before you forget it, but you can always write your dream by hand instead. After a recording, the transcript is shown so you can edit anything that came out wrong.
The audio is sent to AssemblyAI to be converted to text. As soon as the transcript comes back, the local audio file is deleted from your device. Dremiva keeps no audio archive.
On your phone only. There are no accounts, no login and no Dremiva server that stores your dreams. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Yes, and only with your explicit consent. Audio goes to AssemblyAI for transcription, and the dream text plus your short onboarding context goes to OpenAI to generate the interpretation. Dremiva asks for that consent before the first dream is ever processed — decline and nothing is sent anywhere.
When your journal already contains related dreams, Dremiva adds a short insight that links the new dream to recurring emotions, themes, people and symbols it has seen before. It appears under the interpretation.
No. Those conversations exist in memory only while you stay on that tab and are erased as soon as you leave it.
Make sure microphone access is allowed for Dremiva in your device settings, that the recording was longer than a couple of seconds, and that you have a working internet connection. Then try again — transcription and interpretation both require a connection.
The request to the interpretation service did not complete, usually because of a dropped connection or a temporary service outage. Your dream text stays on screen, so just tap Interpret Dream again. If it keeps failing, email us.
You can edit the transcript before you interpret it. After a dream is saved, you can delete it permanently from its detail screen — this removes it from your device for good and cannot be undone.
Open the menu and choose Delete All Data. This permanently removes all your dreams, interpretations, Dream DNA and onboarding answers from this device and resets your AI consent, so the app starts fresh. Deleting the app from your phone removes everything too.
You can browse your saved journal offline. Transcription and interpretation need an internet connection because they are processed by external services.
No. Dream interpretations in Dremiva are reflective and speculative. They are not facts, predictions, or medical or psychological diagnoses, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.
Dremiva runs on iPhone and Android phones, in portrait orientation. It is currently in final testing — the App Store and Google Play links will appear on the Dremiva page at launch.
