How do I add a medication?

Tap the + button on the home screen and enter the medication name, dosage, and frequency. You can also add notes such as "take with food" and set reminder times for each dose.

How do medication reminders work?

Once you add a medication and set a dose schedule, the App sends push notifications at your chosen times. Tap the notification to mark the dose as taken, or open the App to log it manually. Make sure notification permissions are enabled in your device settings.

How do I set up a refill reminder?

When adding or editing a medication, enter your current pill count and the refill threshold (e.g. alert me when I have 7 days of stock left). The App will calculate your run-out date and notify you when it's time to refill.

What are treatment cycles?

Treatment cycles let you model medications taken on a pattern — for example, 21 days on followed by 7 days off. Set the active and pause durations once, and the App automatically adjusts your reminders and stock forecast for each cycle.

How does stock forecasting work?

Enter your current pill count when you add a medication or after a refill. Based on your dosage schedule and any treatment cycles, the App calculates how many days of medication you have remaining and when you should reorder.

Can I track multiple medications at the same time?

Yes. There is no limit on the number of medications you can add. Each one has its own schedule, reminders, and stock tracker, and all are visible from the home screen.

A reminder didn't fire. What should I do?

Check the following:

• Notification permissions: Settings → Notifications → Medicanator → Allow Notifications.
• Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking the App's notifications.
• The reminder time is set correctly inside the App.
• Your device has not entered a low-power mode that suppresses background activity.

If reminders still don't work after checking these, contact us.

Can I export or share my medication history?

You can view your full adherence history within the App. Export functionality may be available depending on your app version. Check the History screen for an export option, or contact us if you need your data in a specific format.

How do I delete a medication from my list?

Swipe left on the medication in your list and tap Delete, or open the medication detail and select Delete Medication from the settings menu. This will also remove all associated reminders and history for that medication.

How do I cancel my subscription?

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Medicanator → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Medicanator → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible until then.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the App. All your personal data and medication records will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email medicanator@axtiran.group with a deletion request.

Is my medication data private and secure?

Yes. Your medication data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers or insurers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
