How does MicroLearn AI personalize my lessons?

When you set up your profile, you choose topics, goals, and a skill level. The App uses this information — along with your completed lessons and quiz performance — to generate five-minute AI-powered lessons that match your current level and interests. Your feed continuously adapts as you learn.

What are streaks and XP?

A streak counts how many days in a row you complete at least one lesson. XP (experience points) are awarded for every lesson you finish, quiz you pass, and milestone you reach. Streaks and XP are there to keep you motivated — they are visible only to you and are not shared publicly.

What are learning paths?

Learning paths are structured sequences of lessons organized around a specific skill or topic — for example, "Intro to Python" or "Negotiation Skills". You can follow a curated path or ask the AI to build a custom one for your goal.

What are book insights?

Book insights are concise, AI-generated summaries of key ideas from popular non-fiction books, presented as short lessons. They let you absorb the most actionable concepts from a book in a few minutes.

My streak was lost due to a technical issue. Can it be restored?

If your streak was broken due to an App crash, connectivity issue, or server error on our end, contact us at microlearn@axtiran.group with your account email and the approximate date. We will review your lesson history and restore your streak if the issue was on our side.

The app is not loading or crashing on launch. What should I do?

Try the following steps in order:

• Force-close the App and reopen it.
• Check that you have a stable internet connection.
• Make sure the App is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play.
• Restart your device.
• If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the App. Your progress is saved to your account and will be restored after you sign in.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MicroLearn AI → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MicroLearn AI → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For the App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, visit the Google Play Help Center. If you have trouble with a refund, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly from the App: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently erase your account and all associated data within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at microlearn@axtiran.group with your request.

How do I turn off push notifications?

You can manage notification preferences in Profile → Settings → Notifications inside the App, or go to your device Settings → Notifications → MicroLearn AI and adjust the permissions there.

Is my data safe? Does the App share my data with third parties?

We do not sell your personal data. Lesson content is generated using an AI provider, but only anonymized topic and preference data is sent — never your name or email. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
