Yes. Start and stop recordings from the Watch app, a watch-face complication, Siri, or supported shortcuts. Recording keeps going while your iPhone is locked or while you use other apps.
Tap Highlight Moment on your iPhone or Apple Watch when you hear something worth remembering. Vokivo captures 30 seconds before and after your tap and shows it separately in the transcript, so you can jump straight to it later.
Yes. On Mac, Vokivo can also capture audio played by other apps, so both sides of a meeting or call are recorded, not just your microphone.
Transcription typically takes a fraction of the recording's length. A one-hour meeting usually transcribes in under a minute, depending on your internet connection speed and server load. You'll receive a notification when your transcript is ready.
Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accents, and the number of speakers. Clear audio recorded in a quiet room typically yields very high accuracy. For best results, hold the device close to the speaker and minimize background noise.
Vokivo supports a wide range of languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), and more. Select your recording language before starting to ensure the best transcription quality. AI summaries currently work only with English audio.
Yes. Open any transcript and tap the edit icon to correct words, fix punctuation, or clean up speaker labels. Your edits are saved automatically.
Yes. Turn on speaker labels to distinguish between voices in meetings, interviews, and group discussions, so you can follow who said what.
Generate quiz questions from any recording — lectures, classes, training sessions, or discussions — to test what you remember and identify what to review.
After transcription, the App generates an AI-powered summary highlighting the key points, action items, and main topics from the conversation. You can view the full transcript or jump straight to the summary — both are saved together.
Open the recording, tap the share icon, and choose your export format (PDF, Markdown, or copy to clipboard). You can share directly to Notion, Google Docs, and other apps through the iOS share menu.

Yes. Your recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can access them — they are not shared with other users or third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy (transcription processing).
Recording laws vary by country and region. In many places, all parties in a conversation must consent before you record. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws in your jurisdiction. When in doubt, always inform participants that a conversation is being recorded.
Swipe left on the recording in your list and tap Delete, or open the recording and select Delete from the options menu. Deleting a recording also removes its transcript and summary. This action cannot be undone.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Vokivo has no account to delete — there is no sign-up and we never ask for your name or email. Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored on your device, so you are always in control of them.
To remove individual items, swipe or select them in the App and choose Delete. To remove everything at once, delete the App from your device. Both are immediate and permanent, and we hold no copy to restore.
Audio sent for transcription is deleted from our servers as soon as the transcript is returned. If you have any other request, email vokivo@axtiran.group.
